    • Ensuring website performance, responsiveness, security, and accessibility standards are met and continuously improved.
    • Implementing and maintaining forms, surveys, interactive tools, CTAs, chat, landing pages, and digital assets to support campaigns and demand generation.
  • Digital Experience & Conversion Optimisation
    • Partnering with Marketing to design and optimise user journeys and conversion pathways across the funnel.
    • Using behavioural and performance data to recommend and deliver UX and CRO improvements.
    • Supporting and executing A/B testing, personalisation, and optimisation initiatives across digital touchpoints.
  • Content & Customer-Facing Channels
    • Publishing and optimising content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and other priority digital channels in line with platform best practices.
    • Ensuring brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all customer-facing digital experiences.
    • Supporting campaign execution, product launches, and interactive demos (including appropriate use of StoryLane).
  • Website Performance, SEO & GEO
    • Monitoring and optimising page speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and overall technical health.
    • Ensuring strong SEO and GEO fundamentals, including on-page optimisation, site structure, internal linking, and technical best practice.
    • Owning continuous improvement and troubleshooting across the digital estate.
  • Analytics, Tracking & Insight
    • Owning day-to-day use of Google Analytics (GA4) to analyse traffic, journeys, funnels, and conversion performance.
    • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support optimisation, campaigns, and decision-making.
    • Using Google Search Console to monitor indexing, visibility, and query performance, resolving technical SEO issues.
    • Implementing and maintaining tracking via GTM, UTM tagging, events, pixels, and consent frameworks, working closely with the HubSpot Ops Manager.
  • GEO, AI & Emerging Discovery
    • Optimising content and site structure for AI-driven discovery (GEO), ensuring pages are authoritative, structured, and machine-readable.
    • Designing and maintaining content patterns such as FAQs, summaries, entities, and schema to improve visibility in AI-generated and conversational search.
    • Monitoring emerging discovery behaviours and adapting digital strategy beyond traditional keyword-led SEO.
  • AI-Enabled Digital Optimisation
    • Leveraging AI tools to accelerate UX optimisation, content structuring, SEO insight, and performance analysis.
    • Using AI to support testing, summarisation, internal linking, and optimisation at scale.
    • Evaluating and introducing new AI-driven tools that improve speed-to-market and insight quality.
    • Defining guardrails and best practice for responsible AI use across digital channels.
  • Coding, Technical Quality & Governance
    • Maintaining hands-on front-end development capability and technical optimisation expertise.
