We’re looking for a friendly and organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, client-focused environment within a well-established veterinary practice.
Hours: We’re open to full-time or part-time applicants. Our opening hours are 8:30am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Up to £25,000, depending on experience and hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling client queries with a friendly, professional manner
- Booking appointments and registering new clients
- Responding to emails and WhatsApp messages
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area and consult rooms
- Restocking pet food, treats, and retail items in the reception area
- Ensuring consult rooms are stocked and ready for use
About You:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident with basic IT systems and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and a true team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
