The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will:
- Greet clients and check in patients promptly and warmly
- Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and manage our diary system
- Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate client/patient records
- Provide clear communication to clients regarding appointments, treatments, and follow-up care
- Assist with general administrative duties and support the clinical team as needed
- Work one Saturday in four, ensuring continuity of service for our clients
