My Client is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Nurse to lead our outstanding nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a friendly, well-established practice that takes pride in delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.
About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated individual with solid clinical experience who can inspire, support, and guide our team of RVNs, students, and VCAs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving professional development and fostering a positive team culture.
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts), plus 1 in 4 weekends
- Contracted Hours: Average 40 hours per week
- On-call: Participation in the duty night rota
