Salary: £27,000
Hours: Initially alternating weekly shifts of 9am‑5pm and 11am‑7pm. Progression to a 4‑day week (9am‑7pm) once the next team member joins. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9am‑1pm) with time back in the week. No out‑of‑hours or bank holidays.
Experience Required: Previous VCA experience essential.

About the Clinic: You’ll work directly alongside both practice directors in a modern, purpose‑built clinic where your ideas genuinely help shape how we grow. Our facilities include:

The Role: This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting all daily aspects of clinic life. You’ll play a key part in patient care, clinical support, and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Clinical Duties:
- Assisting vets and nurses with clinical procedures
- Preparing patients for theatre and supporting recovery
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in clinical areas
- Handling, feeding, and caring for inpatients
- Stock control and equipment support
Client Care Duties (as required):
- Welcoming clients and pets
- Managing calls, bookings, and payments
- Providing information about services and care
- Supporting the client care team to ensure a seamless experience
