THE ROLE
- Delivering exceptional customer care at all times
- Responding to customer queries within our agreed response timeframe
- Handling customer enquiries across different platforms, including live chats, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Building relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
- Working with the warehouse team and our couriers to solve problems and promote our level of service
- Providing support to our stores and other departments within head office
- Resolving product and service issues, from determining the cause, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure resolution
