Jura Capital is a fast-growing investment firm specialising in private equity, private credit, and alternative investments . We work closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and sophisticated investors , providing access to high-quality opportunities typically reserved for institutional capital .
As we continue to scale, we are expanding our London sales team and are seeking experienced Investment Sales Consultants who want to build a long-term career in alternatives , with genuine ownership, responsibility, and earning potential .
The Role This is a full 360° investment sales role with end-to-end ownership of your investor relationships and pipeline. You will be responsible for originating, developing, and closing investment opportunities , while building a sustainable, high-value book of clients .
You will act as a trusted point of contact for investors, guiding them through private market opportunities and growing allocations over time .
Key Responsibilities Proactively source and engage high-net-worth and sophisticated investors through direct outreach
Build long-term investor relationships based on trust, credibility, and performance
Present, explain, and structure private equity, private credit, and alternative investment opportunities
Manage your pipeline from initial conversation through to investment completion
Develop repeat business and grow investor allocations across multiple deals
Compensation & What We Offer £60,000 base salary
1% commission on capital raised

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in investment sales, brokerage, or private capital raising
Confidence engaging HNWIs and sophisticated investors
Commercially sharp, resilient, and performance-driven mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ambition to build a long-term career in investment sales
Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) in Central London
