The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on exposure to financial markets, investor engagement, and deal flow from day one. You will work closely with senior brokers, supporting business development and playing a key role in generating new investor relationships. This role combines sales, communication, and digital outreach, with a strong focus on LinkedIn-based lead generation and diary management.
The Role
- Conducting outreach via LinkedIn to engage prospective investors
- Generating conversations and qualifying interest
- Booking meetings and managing multiple broker diaries
- Supporting senior brokers with pipeline development
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking interactions
- Assisting with outbound campaigns and follow-ups
- Learning how private market investments are structured and presented
