We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our paid marketing and creative strategy across LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is not a support role. You will be our sole marketing lead for paid acquisition, with responsibility for strategy, creative direction, campaign execution and performance optimisation. This is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to step up, take real ownership, and run campaigns end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the full paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn & Meta
- Creating, launching and optimising campaigns from scratch
- Writing compelling ad copy and creating (or directing) ad creatives
- Testing audiences, messaging, creative formats and offers
- Managing and allocating budget effectively
- Driving and improving cost per lead (CPL)
- Monitoring performance (CTR, CPL, conversion rates) and making data-led decisions
- Reporting directly to leadership with clear insights and recommendations
- Identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and proactively improving it
- You will have the autonomy to test ideas and shape the direction of our paid marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta)
- Proven experience generating leads (not just engagement or awareness)
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager independently
- Comfortable owning strategy as well as execution
- Strong copywriting skills for performance-driven ads
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma or similar)
- Ability to analyse performance data and optimise accordingly
- Clear understanding of what makes campaigns succeed or fail
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable being a one-person function
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- B2C lead generation experience
- Experience improving landing pages or conversion rates
- Familiarity with tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking)
What You’ll Get
- £35k–£40k salary
- Performance bonus
- Full ownership of campaigns and budget
- Direct impact on business growth
- Opportunity to grow into a senior performance or growth role
- Supportive team with freedom to experiment
Important
This role suits someone who wants real responsibility, not just task execution. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, test ideas, and drive performance.
