, the role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality and consistent client service proposition across the UK business, while also providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of the

UK Sales Support Team

The role sits at the centre of the UK Sales function and works across all key UK client segments, including

Regional, Strategic Partners and Ratings, and Wealth

It will partner closely with UK sales colleagues and teams across the wider Client Group, ensuring that client needs are met throughout the lifecycle of the relationship and that sales teams receive effective, proactive and well-coordinated support.

The successful candidate will combine strong client-servicing expertise with people leadership, stakeholder management and operational oversight.

They will be expected to manage priorities across a broad client base, provide direction to the Sales Support team, identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure high standards of execution across the UK franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Sales Support
  • Lead and develop the UK Sales Support Team (3), setting clear priorities, expectations and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee team capacity, workload allocation and sales support coverage across all UK client segments.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex or time-sensitive client and sales support matters.
  • Support the Head of UK and senior Sales colleagues in the effective running of the UK business.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration across the UK Sales Team and wider Client Group.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales support and client service processes to enhance efficiency, scalability and effectiveness.
  • Promote effective communication, knowledge sharing and continuity of support during periods of peak activity or absence.
  • Client Service
  • Ensure a high standard of client service throughout the client lifecycle, supporting both existing relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the effective prioritisation, coordination and resolution of client enquiries and information requests.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client service matters and support the resolution of complex issues.
  • Coordinate due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and other client information requests, engaging relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Oversee client reporting requirements and work closely with Client Reporting and other teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of client agreements, rebate arrangements and related operational requirements.
  • Ensure client commitments and requirements are clearly understood and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between the UK Sales Team and internal functions including Legal, Compliance, Operations, Client Reporting, Finance and Marketing.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless support and delivery for clients and sales colleagues.
  • Represent UK client service and sales support requirements in business-wide initiatives and discussions.
  • Operational Excellence and Risk Management
  • Maintain effective oversight of client service and sales support processes, ensuring accuracy, control and timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, process gaps and opportunities for improvement, including automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Promote a strong risk and conduct culture, ensuring compliance with Jupiter policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Desired Skills / Experience
  • Significant asset-management experience within UK wholesale distribution, client service, sales support or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of the UK asset-management distribution landscape and the needs of different client segments, including UK platforms.
  • Strong client-service, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience coordinating client requests, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs and associated servicing requirements.
  • Experience of legal agreements and rebate arrangements would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with an ability to identify and implement process improvements.
