An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a CAMHS service based in the Waterlooville, Havant area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This is an exceptional, modern CAMHS service which supports young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. As a Nurse your key duties include:

  • Providing high quality care for patients suffering from personality disorders and autistic spectrum disorder with highly complex needs and behaviours.
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
  • Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.
  • Promoting professional development within the team.

  • A positive attitude and being naturally caring and compassionate.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.

Ensure young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Must have completed your Preceptorship (with evidence) to be considered for this post.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £37,862 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
