An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional residential service based in the Dresden, Stoke on Trent area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This home supports people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, providing a safe and homely environment.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.
- You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.
- Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
- You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.

- Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of £37,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
