Overview An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Bournemouth, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UK\’s leading health care providersThis is a purpose-built, modern care home highly regarded for its residential and dementia care in one of the most popular areas of BournemouthPreferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential)As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:Responsible for managing the day to day running of the Care HomeLeading a team of Care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residentsForm strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and drive our values in everything you doEnsuring effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodiesLeadership and management of the nursing home team, people management and workforce developmentThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Previous experience managing a nursing homeA strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a proven record of working towards achieving outstanding ratingsExcellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitorsA proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care homeEnthusiasm and passion for developing high levels of person-centred careAbility to actively participate in the growth and development of the care serviceThe successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.
