An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage a fantastic care home based in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This care home is dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centred care that prioritises the dignity, independence and happiness of the residents.
To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience in managing a care home.
As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver outstanding person centred, dementia, and nursing care
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the home
- Drive continual improvement in care quality, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and resources to maintain a cost-effective yet high-quality service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting
- Strong background in elderly and dementia care
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that does not compromise on quality
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of Β£60,000 - Β£70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
