An exciting new job opportunity is now available for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a modern nursing home opened in the summer of 2024 in the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This flagship nursing home is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities designed with resident wellbeing in mind, with a convenient location on the edge of town.
To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse your key duties include:
- Playing a crucial role in providing high quality nursing care to residents.
- Working as a member of the nursing team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
- Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard, ensuring the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
- Ensuring the well-being and health of the elderly or individuals with various medical conditions who reside in the care home.
- Carrying out supervisions.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- A good team player.
- 1+ Year NMC registration.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £54,912 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
