This is a magnificent care home providing exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of Lowestoft's residential community.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting.
- Key Duties
- Play a crucial role in providing nutritious and well-balanced meals for residents while ensuring a high standard of culinary excellence.
- Manage the kitchen staff, oversee food preparation, menu planning, and maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Train staff, ensuring commitment to health and safety standards, and uphold a pristine and well-organised kitchen environment.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification.

Salary and Benefits
