An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered General Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Billinghay, Lincoln area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse your key duties include:
- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess need and evaluate progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Post qualified experience acquired through professional training in a related environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills are key.
- Able to show can-do attitude always.
- Experience in a similar role.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.38 per hour and the annual salary is up to £45,349.20 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
