An excellent new opportunity for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Knutsford, Cheshire. This leading health‑care provider offers a range of services including nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end‑of‑life care and convalescence care.
You will be offered an excellent salary of £23.00 per hour, up to £57,408 per annum, with permanent vacancies available for both day and night shifts.
Qualifications
Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
- Administer all medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and the company’s medication policy.
- Ensure that residents’ care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health‑care professionals.
- Report any ill‑health amongst residents and request GP or professional visits where necessary.
