An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This care home creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere for top quality dementia, residential and respite care.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Responsibilities- Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
- Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship.
- Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
- Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
- Have a genuine desire to care for others.
- A good team player.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to show a can-do attitude always.
- Salary: £13.45 per hour (£25,178.40 per annum).
- Permanent full-time role, 36 hours per week, day shifts.
