An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed HR Recruiter to work in the main office of an exceptional care company based in the Birmingham, West Midlands area
This is a fantastic office based opportunity to join a market leading Care Company specialising in supporting people with various lifelong conditions including elderly care and learning disabilities
As a Recruiter your key duties include
- Post suitable adverts and posts to attract candidates
- Sit in on and carry out interviews
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding
- Process DBS checks, references and right-to-work documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support compliance with CQC standards and mandatory training requirements
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes
- Support payroll administration and reporting
- Produce HR reports
- The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Previous recruitment experience with a care company
- Experience advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online job boards and social media.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in health and social care
- Understanding of CQC requirements and safer recruitment
- Be knowledgeable on home office, right to work, compliance, done compliance checks, sponsorship etc, face to face and video interviews, doing adverts
- **To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in recruitment**
The successful Recruiter will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working from 9am-5pm.
