An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager at an exceptional residential care home in Palmers Green, London. You will work for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. This role involves developing a team and service that provides outstanding care for complex individuals.
Requirements: NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote an enabling environment and ensure high standards of professional practice, complying with regulatory standards.
- Deputise in the manager’s absence.
- Support, advise, and motivate staff to enable residents to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals.
- Deliver a person-centred support service.
