Key Responsibilities
· The role will be based in our Southend studio and will involve supporting the onsite Project Managers with administrative and system based tasks against set timeframes and defined client processes to ensure projects are delivered against their critical paths.
The role summary:
· Attend Pre-Production Meetings (PPMs) led by the Print Technical Manager and compile detailed meeting notes
· Upload range briefing forms to the JPG tracker and relevant internal systems
· Save approved pack copies to the designated server locations
· Log and track incoming design files for accurate record-keeping
· Request updated FTP dates from suppliers and printers as required
· Share line detail information with the Tesco design team in a timely manner
· Generate and distribute hub reports to support Project Managers with up-to-date project data
