The Value of Active Minds About CCLA
CCLA is a specialist investment manager with a long and distinctive heritage in responsible investment. We manage investments for charities, religious organisations and the public sector, helping our clients achieve their financial objectives while using the power of investment to drive positive change. In February 2026, CCLA became part of Jupiter Asset Management, bringing together two active investment managers with a shared focus on delivering strong outcomes for clients. CCLA retains its distinctive brand, investment philosophy, client service model and mission-driven approach, while benefiting from the broader investment capabilities, resources and infrastructure of the Jupiter Group. Our people are central to our success. We want to attract, develop and retain talented people who share our commitment to clients and our belief in responsible investment. We value different perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people can contribute, develop and do meaningful work. CCLA is based in Victoria, London. We operate a hybrid working model, with colleagues typically spending three days each week in the office and up to two days working remotely. This gives our people flexibility while maintaining the collaboration, connection and shared sense of purpose that come from working together in person.
