This gives our people flexibility while maintaining the collaboration, connection and shared sense of purpose that come from working together in person.**Background**The Client Services Administrator (AML) plays a key role within the Client Services function, supporting the firm's regulatory and operational obligations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and client administration activities. The role contributes to the delivery of a high-quality client experience by ensuring that client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and remediation activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with Compliance, Client Services, our outsourced Transfer Agency team, and external clients to maintain robust AML controls and support the firm's commitment to excellent client service. This role provides an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in financial crime prevention, regulatory compliance, and client servicing within a regulated investment management environment.We have 3 x 12 month fixed term contracts available currently.**Key Responsibilities****Anti-Money Laundering & Customer Due Diligence*** Conduct AML and Customer Due Diligence reviews in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.* Liaise directly with clients to obtain information and documentation required to complete AML risk assessments and ongoing due diligence reviews for our High, Medium and Low Risk clients.* Perform remediation activities, including contacting clients to obtain outstanding information and resolve data gaps.* Complete PEP (Politically Exposed Person), RCA (Relative or Close Associate), SIP and SIE risk assessments, escalating cases to Compliance for review and approval where required.* Review screening alerts and results generated through screening systems and third-party providers, documenting rationale and escalating concerns appropriately.* Maintain accurate AML records and audit trails to evidence checks completed and decisions taken.* Support the monitoring and maintenance of AML risk assessment registers, spreadsheets, and client records.* Produce and provide management information relating to screening alerts and AML activity on a regular basis.* Escalate unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant matters to Compliance in accordance with established procedures.**Client Service & Administration*** Deliver a high standard of service to clients, prospective clients, and internal stakeholders.* Respond to client telephone and written enquiries in a professional, timely, and effective manner.* Review and issue standard and non-standard client communications, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.* Manage correspondence, including maintaining diaries and following up on outstanding responses.* Maintain effective working relationships with operational and transfer agency teams to support client servicing activities.* Ensure client records and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.**Operational Support*** Support departmental projects and initiatives as required.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, company products, and internal systems.**Desired Skills / Experience****Essential*** Experience in an AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Client Services, or Operations role within financial services.* Experience conducting PEP, RCA, customer risk assessments, and remediation activities.* Familiarity with electronic screening and verification systems.* Working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and financial crime prevention requirements.* Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and expectations* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organisational and administrative skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients.* Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.**Desirable*** Knowledge of investment management, asset management, or wealth management.* Knowledge of charity, trustee, or institutional investor sectors.* Awareness of the characteristics of major asset classes and their suitability for different investor types.* Experience working with management information and regulatory reporting.**Additional Role Details*** This role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.*Don’t meet every requirement?
