Background
Forming part of the RFP Team, as an RFP Executive based in London, you will be responsible for completing all Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across all distribution channels and geographies. Additionally, you will be involved with on‑going projects as part of team and firm wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all RFI, RFP and DDQ requests are completed to a high standard, are accurate and meet all agreed deadlines.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Jupiter’s investment capabilities, its infrastructure and the markets.
- Liaise with key stakeholders around the company to provide high quality, tailored responses.
- Motivated to get involved with wider company projects to support efficiencies within the team.
- Contribute to continual population and development of the proposals database, refreshing and improving responses on an ongoing basis.
- Project based input to Consultant Databases, working with Consultant Database Manager to ensure highest quality completion rates.
Desired Skills / Experience
- Strong understanding/previous experience of the Institutional Market - 3-5 years’ experience working in an RFP role within Investment Management.
- Excellent written English.
- Effective time management and ability to multi‑task working to tight internal and external deadlines.
- Good understanding of investment management.
- Experience of Responsive Content Management Tool (or similar).
- Previous experience in consultant databases would be an advantage.
- Strong windows applications, particularly Word and Excel, as well as online portals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop a strong internal network.
- Self‑motivated and conscientious, detailed approach to work.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Data handling.

The majority of our employees are based in our London office located just minutes from Victoria station which provides stair‑free access from both the Underground’s Victoria line and National Rail platforms, as well as limited road crossings to the Jupiter office. We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
