The majority of our employees are based in our London office located just minutes from Victoria station which provides stair-free access from both the Underground's Victoria line and National Rail platforms, as well as limited road crossings to the Jupiter office. Our London office was designed to encourage employees to live active, healthy lives with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for greater natural light and the benefit of a private balcony, table tennis room, cycle storage and on-site shower and locker facilities. The short distance to Green Park and St James' Park also provides employees with a natural space to relax during their lunch break and a healthy alternative to office-based meetings.

We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Background

We are seeking a Business Analyst – MarTech – a hybrid Marketing Technologist and Business Analyst - to own and optimise Jupiter's marketing technology ecosystem. This individual will act as the critical link between Client Experience and Technology, ensuring our marketing stack is fully integrated, data-driven, and operating at its full potential.

The ideal candidate will combine hands‐on expertise in marketing automation (Marketo) and digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) with strong business analysis skills and a collaborative mindset. This role requires balancing innovation with pragmatism - designing solutions that are compliant by design and viable within a regulated asset management environment. Success will come from enabling meaningful change while respecting governance and regulatory constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing technology backlog, prioritising demand against resource and budget constraints.
  • Make trade-offs based on ROI and business impact, working closely with stakeholders across Client Group, Technology, and external partners.
  • Act as product owner for martech, setting direction and ensuring delivery via internal teams and outsourced partners.

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Translate marketing and client experience goals into technical requirements and functional specifications.
  • Oversee change management and testing cycles for martech enhancements and integrations.
  • Document data flows, integrations, and dependencies to support governance and scalability.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to maximise ROI from technology investments.

Martech Ownership & Integration

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Client Experience and Technology, ensuring effective communication and prioritisation of marketing technology needs.
  • Oversee and optimise Jupiter's Client Group tech stack, including: Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Fundpath, Financial Clarity, and Oktopost.
  • Drive integration of all systems into Salesforce to support the development of a 'Sales Cockpit' - a unified view that empowers sales with actionable insights.
  • Work with IT, data teams (Snowflake), and external partners to ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and efficient.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Enablement

  • Lead Marketo strategy and administration, including segmentation, automation, data management, and advanced campaign workflows.
  • Design and build a global Preference Centre and develop best‐practice lead management and nurturing journeys.
  • Support execution of multi‐channel campaigns (email, web, events, social), ensuring seamless data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and AEM.
  • Act as day‐to‐day liaison for external martech and development partners, ensuring delivery aligns with Jupiter's standards and security policies.
  • Partner with the CTO office and Client Group technology leads to define clear roles, responsibilities, and SLAs for outsourced development and support.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Deep hands‐on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven experience with Marketo, including campaign automation, data architecture, and custom integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, data integration principles, and marketing‐to‐sales workflows.
  • Experience acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Understanding of data flows, APIs, and martech integrations - ideally including Snowflake or similar data warehouse environments.
  • Proven experience within asset management or financial services, with a solid grasp of compliance and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience with Fundpath, Financial Clarity, or Oktopost.
  • Ability to manage external agencies or development partners in a hybrid delivery model.
