Role Overview
You will support the Fund Operations team in the oversight of all NAV administration services provided by Jupiter’s strategic partners across several fund structures, including Unit Trusts, OEICS, SICAVs and Investment Trusts. This role also supports Fund Accounting & Fund Reporting teams in all NAV control activities, applying appropriate challenge and escalation as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to valuation related queries in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily valuations, analyse exceptions and appropriately elevate.
- Perform daily fair‑value and swing‑pricing adjustments.
- Calculate fees, accruals, subsidies, and process third‑party invoices.
- Track ongoing charges, yields and portfolio turnover rates.
- Calculate distribution and performance fees.
- Monitor cash, stock, and derivatives reconciliations.
- Follow approved documentation and templates, and report potential risks or required updates to colleagues.
- Support the wider team in reviewing the operating model and policies, identifying opportunities for automation and ensuring consistency with best practice and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop a good understanding of upstream and downstream processes performed by Investment Operations and Transfer Agency to manage associated risks.
- Foster close relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly the Investment teams, to fully understand and manage Fund Accounting processes that impact other parts of the business.
