We are hiring professional cinematographers and film editors for a high-quality video annotation project supporting AI model training. This project requires strong cinematography knowledge — NOT general video editing. We are hiring English-speaking cinematographers with 2 years + experience from the US, UK, or Canada for a high-quality Video Annotation & AI Training project. This is a 2–4 week contract with 20–40 hrs/week.
The role requires strong expertise in cinematographic prompting and/or professional video editing, including a deep understanding of shot composition, lighting, lens settings, and post-production workflows. Candidates must be comfortable using industry-standard cinematography terminology and meeting strict quality standards (less than 10% defect tolerance). Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief 15-minute client call before final onboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Cinematographic Prompting
- Guide AI video output using cinematic prompts
- Use terminology like aperture, focal length, lighting setups, and shot composition
- Cinematographic Editing
- Edit and refine AI-generated videos
- Work with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Blender, Vegas Pro, etc.
Cinematographic Prompting Responsibilities:
- Prompt AI systems to generate video outputs aligned with cinematic intent
- Label and guide outputs using professional film language

- Camera movement concepts
Cinematographic Editing Responsibilities:

Quality Expectations (Very Important):
- Zero tolerance for average or loosely qualified talent
- High confidence using cinematography terms for labeling
- Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are mandatory
