Incipio curates beautiful spaces with vibrant atmospheres for great times. We’re looking for a Bartender who knows that great drinks are only half of what makes a great bar. You’ll bring energy, personality and genuine hospitality to every shift, creating a bar experience that guests want to come back for.
Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, blending the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Think seasonal plates, handmade pasta and a confident drinks programme built around spritzes, negronis, Italian wines and great cocktails.
THE ROLE
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of Juno’s bar, bringing our drinks programme to life while making every guest feel welcome, looked after and part of the atmosphere. You’ll know your drinks, love learning and take pride in delivering everything to spec. But just as importantly, you’ll be a great host. Someone who can read the room, have a laugh with guests and create those little moments that make a visit memorable.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO
- Bring Juno’s Italian-inspired drinks offering to life, from classic cocktails and spritzes to Italian wines and beyond.
- Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar and make every guest feel genuinely looked after.
- Deliver consistently high standards across drinks, service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Know your menu and drinks inside out, confidently talking guests through what’s on offer and making recommendations.
- Prepare and serve drinks to spec, while taking pride in the details that make a great drink.
- Be proactive with sales, spotting opportunities to recommend another cocktail, a bottle of wine or that perfect drink to go with dinner.
- Work closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience across food, drink and service.
- Stay energised and positive during busy services, keeping your cool when the bar gets full.
- Keep learning & stay curious…whether that’s a new cocktail, an Italian wine, a new menu or the story behind a product.
- Support your teammates, share your knowledge and help create a bar team people genuinely enjoy being part of.
- Look after our guests responsibly and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Most importantly, have fun, bring good vibes and make Juno somewhere people want to return to.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A natural behind the bar who genuinely loves hospitality and making people feel welcome.
- Someone passionate about cocktails, wine and Italian drinks culture or excited to learn more.
- A confident and engaging personality who enjoys talking to guests and creating a great atmosphere.
- Someone who cares about the details and takes pride in serving things properly.
- Someone who is vibrant, energetic and positive.
- A team player who is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Naturally curious, with a real desire to learn and develop your product knowledge.
- Someone who can work at pace without letting standards or personality slip.
- A problem solver who stays calm and finds a way through when things get busy.
- Someone who brings their own personality while living the Incipio values.
- Above all, someone who loves a great bar, great drinks and great people.
