Join a collaborative and ambitious team helping to grow referral partnerships in a modern, fast-growing conveyancing business. We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven person to join Juno as a Partnerships Associate. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, helping to drive new business and support our continued growth.

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home. We make conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards clear targets in a supportive and high-performing team.

Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales. We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders. We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (5/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us. We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. And we’ve optimised the process to complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.

About the role:

  • You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with our referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers.
  • You’ll be making outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with Juno, gathering feedback and introducing them to our referral process.
  • You’ll convert suitable contacts into active referrers, building your own pipeline and helping generate a steady flow of new client sign-ups.
  • You’ll clearly explain how Juno works, including setting expectations around the types of work we can and can’t take on.
  • You’ll assess whether potential partners are a good fit for Juno and for a long-term working relationship.
  • You’ll act as the relationship manager for your partners, maintaining regular contact through check-ins and being responsive to queries or escalations.
  • You’ll monitor referral activity, including lead flow and conversion rates, and work towards weekly and monthly targets.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident on the phone, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Salary: Basic salary of £28,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £38,000 in the first year, with commission expected to grow as relationships and capacity increase.
