Incipio curates beautiful spaces with vibrant atmospheres for great times. We’re looking for Hosts to join our FOH team. Someone who knows that the guest experience starts before they’ve even sat down. Someone warm, confident and naturally engaging, who can make every guest feel like they’ve arrived somewhere special. Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, blending the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination.
As a Host, you’ll be the first and last impression of Juno, setting the tone from the moment guests walk through the door and making sure they leave wanting to come back. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while keeping the flow of the restaurant running smoothly. From greeting regulars by name to managing reservations and helping guests find their perfect table, you’ll make every interaction feel effortless and personal. Know the restaurant inside out, from the menu and drinks offering to the atmosphere, key tables and what’s happening that day. Confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations, whether it’s where to sit, what to order or what to expect. Build genuine relationships with guests and recognise regulars, creating a sense of familiarity and belonging. Work closely with the FOH, kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Keep an eye on the room and anticipate what guests and the wider team might need. Stay calm, organised and positive when the restaurant is busy, managing multiple requests without losing your personality. Support the wider team wherever needed and be willing to get stuck in during busy services. Handle guest feedback and queries with confidence, always looking for a positive solution. Ensure guests are looked after safely and that all required compliance and licensing standards are followed. Most importantly, bring the energy, personality and good vibes that make Juno feel like Juno.
