Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, a space that blends the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Rooted in simple, produce-led cooking, Juno’s hospitality will be warm, generous and effortlessly stylish. It’s a restaurant designed to feel both familiar and fresh, with a menu built around seasonal plates, handmade pasta, and a confident drinks programme anchored by spritzes, negronis, and a considered Italian wine list. Juno will attract a broad audience, including local West Londoners, early evening pre-theatre diners and weekend groups looking for a place that feels fun but refined; a balance of accessibility and aspiration.

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who brings both talent and heart to the role. Someone who is energised by creating elevated dining experiences in breathtaking surroundings, and who understands how to turn moments into memories for our guests. Our ideal candidate is an accomplished, confident leader, commercially astute, guest-obsessed, and committed to operational excellence. As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Juno's success, driving operational and commercial excellence, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to tell. Our General Managers are pro-active, engaging and accountable leaders in their businesses. Taking full ownership for the daily running and forward planning of their venues, people and P&L’s. They bring imagination, joy and a boundless passion for incredible people, outstanding hospitality and commerciality in every aspect of their business.

  • Lead a large team in a fast-paced, premium venue, ensuring smooth and structured operations.
  • Take full ownership – financials, people, compliance, and guest experience are yours to drive.

  • Develop and empower your management team to lead with structure, confidence, and independence.
  • Obsess over service standards – delivering nothing short of excellence.

Who You’ll Be:

  • An accomplished leader with a track record of driving excellence in elevated, food-focused venues, combining operational expertise with a passion for warm, approachable hospitality.
  • Someone with strong business acumen – confident in managing financials, budgets, and targets.
  • Extensive experience managing relationships and operational interfaces within major developments with a strong understanding of how large, multi-stakeholder estates function as well as maintaining relationships with Landlord & local authorities.
  • A people-first mentality – you care deeply about your team’s growth and well-being, championing an inclusive culture.
  • Energy, passion, and resilience – you lead by example and thrive under pressure.
  • A structured mindset – setting clear expectations and empowering your team.
