We’re looking for a motivated and focused person to join our fast-growing law firm.
Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home. We make conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an office administrator to take care of all our legal documents, post and filing. A law degree or legal experience will come in useful, if you have it, as you’ll be handling deeds and contracts on a daily basis.
People who’ve done this job in the past have been promoted to other roles within Juno – two people are now paralegals, and one is now a team lead.
Apply now if you want to start a legal career at a law firm that’s doing things differently.
Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster
- Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales.
- We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.
- We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (4.9/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.
- We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. And we’ve optimised the process to complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.
About the role
- You’ll be responsible for all our legal documents and filing, at our office near Old Street, London.
- You’ll scan and file all our post each day – you’ll become an expert in recognising obscure legal documents.
- You’ll print, collate and send all our outgoing post each day.
- You’ll ‘certify’ original documents, and make sure we’ve got all the signed original contracts and deeds we need to exchange and complete property transactions.
- You’ll be working at the office with one or two others, and you’ll be connected to the wider team throughout the day on video and message chat.
- Our office will be your space – you’ll take ownership and keep it neat and organised.
- You don’t need a law degree or experience at a law firm but it’s a bonus.
- You’ll need to live within an hour’s commute of our office near Old Street, London.
- This is a full time role: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
