We’re looking for a motivated and focused person to join the Completions and Post-Completion Team at our fast-growing law firm.

What you’ll do
Work within our Completions and Post-Completion Team to facilitate smooth and efficient property sale/purchase completions and purchase registrations.Communicate frequently with clients, agents, and other solicitors regarding outstanding issues, update our internal records and give useful progress updates to everyone involved.Monitor and prepare cases approaching completion, efficiently and accurately. This includes chasing clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information by telephone and email.Understand and calculate apportionments of ground rent, service charge and other charges.Handle completion logistics (excluding the transfer of funds).Prepare cases for registration and submit applications to the Land Registry using our internal software platform.Handle post-completion requirements such as notices, Deeds of Covenant and Companies House charge registrations.Deal with Land Registry requisitions as needed.Suggest improvements to our systems and processes, and work with our internal software developers to test and iterate these improvements as needed.

This is a fully remote (work-from-home) role with normal full-time working hours between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We’re happy to offer some flexibility on the hours you work, as long as it suits you and your team, by mutual agreement with your team lead.
