Role Overview
You’ll operate across Infor M3 CloudSuite and the wider Infor OS ecosystem (ION / Ming.le / Workspaces), supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work across and take a lead in:
- End-to-End M3 Business Flows
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – purchasing, supplier management, invoice matching
- Warehousing & Inventory (MMS) – stock, movements, replenishment
- Finance & Costing (GL/AP/AR/CAS)
- Core M3 Modules
- MMS (Materials & Inventory Management)
- PPS (Production Planning & Scheduling)
- Finance (GL / AP / AR / Fixed Assets)
- Cost Accounting (CAS)
- Planning (MRP / MPS)
- Platform & Integration Layer
- H5 Client & M3 Workspaces (user experience & role-based optimisation)
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving the M3 platform, acting as the bridge between business process and system capability.
- Own 1st–3rd line support across M3 and integrated applications
- Troubleshoot issues across modules and transactional flows within BE
- Perform root cause analysis and eliminate repeat issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks
- Manage integrations, suppliers, and escalations where needed
- Identify opportunities to optimise configuration, workflows, and transactional processing
- Reduce reliance on manual workarounds, spreadsheets, and shadow systems
- Improve utilisation of standard M3 functionality vs customisation
- Map “as-is” vs “to-be” processes, aligning business needs with M3 capability
- Drive automation and efficiency across core business flows
Change, Projects & Enhancements
- Lead M3 upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activity
- Own testing, release coordination, and change control
- Evaluate new tools, features, and improvements across Infor OS and M3
- Contribute to the roadmap for ERP and applications transformation
- Support users across the H5 interface and M3 Workspaces
- Deliver training, documentation, and guidance
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
- Help teams understand where process changes beat system customisation
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Strong hands‑on Infor M3 CloudSuite experience (support + functional understanding)
- Experience across core modules (MMS, PPS, Finance, Sales, Planning)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end ERP process flows (O2C, P2P, MRP, Manufacturing)
- Experience working with Infor OS / ION integrations (or similar middleware)
- Solid understanding of master data, transactional integrity, and process design
- Ability to translate business problems into M3 solutions (and vice versa)
- Strong stakeholder skills — able to influence without overcomplicating
Nice to have
- Exposure to Birst / Power BI reporting
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ITIL / Agile / continuous improvement frameworks
