If you’re an Infor M3 CloudSuite expert who understands how the system really runs a business — not just how to support it — this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact within a global FMCG brand.

Company Overview

My client is a well-established FMCG/manufacturing organisation experiencing significant growth and modernisation across their IT and business systems landscape. With a strong commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, they are investing in maximising their ERP and business applications to improve efficiency, insights, and business performance.

Role Overview

You’ll operate across Infor M3 CloudSuite and the wider Infor OS ecosystem (ION / Ming.le / Workspaces), supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work across and take a lead in:

  • End-to-End M3 Business Flows
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – purchasing, supplier management, invoice matching
  • Warehousing & Inventory (MMS) – stock, movements, replenishment
  • Finance & Costing (GL/AP/AR/CAS)

Core M3 Modules

  • MMS (Materials & Inventory Management)
  • PPS (Production Planning & Scheduling)
  • Finance (GL / AP / AR / Fixed Assets)
  • Cost Accounting (CAS)
  • Planning (MRP / MPS)

Platform & Integration Layer

  • H5 Client & M3 Workspaces (user experience & role-based optimisation)

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving the M3 platform, acting as the bridge between business process and system capability.

Support & Stability

  • Own 1st–3rd line support across M3 and integrated applications
  • Troubleshoot issues across modules and transactional flows within BE
  • Perform root cause analysis and eliminate repeat issues
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks
  • Manage integrations, suppliers, and escalations where needed
  • Identify opportunities to optimise configuration, workflows, and transactional processing
  • Reduce reliance on manual workarounds, spreadsheets, and shadow systems
  • Improve utilisation of standard M3 functionality vs customisation
  • Map “as-is” vs “to-be” processes, aligning business needs with M3 capability
  • Drive automation and efficiency across core business flows

Change, Projects & Enhancements

  • Lead M3 upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activity
  • Own testing, release coordination, and change control
  • Evaluate new tools, features, and improvements across Infor OS and M3
  • Contribute to the roadmap for ERP and applications transformation
  • Support users across the H5 interface and M3 Workspaces
  • Deliver training, documentation, and guidance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
  • Help teams understand where process changes beat system customisation

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Strong hands‑on Infor M3 CloudSuite experience (support + functional understanding)
  • Experience across core modules (MMS, PPS, Finance, Sales, Planning)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end ERP process flows (O2C, P2P, MRP, Manufacturing)
  • Experience working with Infor OS / ION integrations (or similar middleware)
  • Solid understanding of master data, transactional integrity, and process design
  • Ability to translate business problems into M3 solutions (and vice versa)
  • Strong stakeholder skills — able to influence without overcomplicating

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Birst / Power BI reporting
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL / Agile / continuous improvement frameworks
