Position Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about delivering world-class customer service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating positive experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our customers throughout their journey with Junno Express.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about Junno’s services, pricing, and policies.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Uphold Junno’s commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
