At Juniper, we deliver a diverse range of Facilities Management services including Health & Safety Consultancy, Catering, and Cleaning; primarily within the Education and Public Sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional HR Partner to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Payroll, you will confidently provide expert advice and guidance, manage HR casework, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational HR queries
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Support and manage employee relations casework, including performance, absence, and change
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions
  • Contribute to HR projects, including recruitment campaigns, talent initiatives, and engagement activities
  • Support organisational change processes, including TUPE and restructuring
  • Analyse HR data and produce reports to support business decision-making
  • Ensure case management systems are accurate and up to date
  • Work collaboratively to deliver a seamless HR and Payroll service

Essential:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Experience advising managers on a range of Employment relations issues and casework
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Experience analysing HR data and producing reports and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)

Desirable:

  • Experience in a local government or SME environment
  • Knowledge of TUPE, organisational change, and job evaluation processes
