We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

Based at our Head office with travel | Full-Time, Temporary (Maternity Cover) | £28,000 – £35,000 (FTE)

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll play a key role in leading Juniper’s marketing strategy — with a strong focus on digital channels. From social media and paid ads to content creation, events, and stakeholder engagement, this is a varied and exciting role with real impact.

You’ll lead on:

  • Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive learner recruitment and employer engagement
  • Managing SEO, PPC, and website performance
  • Creating dynamic content across blogs, social media, video, and email
  • Planning events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility
  • Monitoring KPIs, ROI, and performance data to continuously improve marketing efforts
  • Managing and tracking all website enquiries and analytics

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who is creative and enjoys both strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring a creative mindset, strong digital expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once. You should be confident with paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.), SEO best practices, social media trends, and CRM/email marketing tools.

Essential:

  • Experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of content strategy, analytics, and campaign management
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent GCSEs)

Desirable:

  • Degree or HND in Marketing
  • Video editing and web development experience (HTML/JavaScript knowledge a bonus)
  • Experience working in education, training or apprenticeships
