Part Time Learner Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment Role) - 3 days per week
Location: Wolverhampton Head Office
Salary: £16,800 - £18,000 PLUS BONUS! (£28,000 - £30,000 FTE)

The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full-time basis. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and identifying suitable employer opportunities. If you’re a people-person with a passion for education and a talent for building strong connections, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Employer Engagement: Actively seek out and build relationships with employers, identifying apprenticeship opportunities and promoting Juniper Training as a trusted partner.
- Inspiring the Next Generation: Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer.
- Getting to Know Learners: Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand their goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
- Providing Guidance: Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.
- Staying Organised: Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Teamwork: Collaborate with program managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported every step of the way.
- Celebrating Success: Work toward achievable recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (bonus points if it’s within education or training).
- Strong employer engagement skills and experience building business relationships.
- Brilliant communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people from all walks of life.

- Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn).
