Salary - £13,000 - £15,000 (£26,000 - £30,000 FTE)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver inspiring and interactive training sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
  • Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to support their progress.
  • Develop and refresh the curriculum to keep it industry‑relevant and deliver real‑world skills.
  • Support and mentor learners to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
  • A passion for helping people succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence with IT for record‑keeping and lesson planning.
  • Bonus: experience working as an employability tutor.
