What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver inspiring and interactive training sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
- Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to support their progress.
- Develop and refresh the curriculum to keep it industry‑relevant and deliver real‑world skills.
- Support and mentor learners to help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
- A passion for helping people succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence with IT for record‑keeping and lesson planning.
- Bonus: experience working as an employability tutor.
