We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Tutor/Lecturer to join our team at our Oldbury site. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging and motivating lessons to young students, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (Full-time equivalent)

Please note: we are looking to recruit for this position starting September 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in sports and fitness qualifications.
  • Delivering GCSE Maths and English.
  • Supporting students with their personal and professional development.
  • Inspiring and motivating young people to achieve their goals and progress into further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
  • Contributing to the positive, supportive learning environment at our Watford site.

What we’re looking for:

  • A teaching qualification would be desirable but we can work with you to gain one.
  • A strong background in sport, fitness, or football coaching.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
