Salary: FTE - £26,000 - £30,000 + OTE

Location: Leeds (onsite - 2 days per week) & Remote (3 days per week)

Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in recruiting students onto our training programmes, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities
  • Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources
  • Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops
  • Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students
  • Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork
  • Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive
  • Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and goal-driven with experience in sales, outreach, or marketing
  • Organised and proactive with strong time-management skills
  • Able to build rapport with young people and guide them on their career journey
  • Familiar with using social media platforms to promote services and engage potential students

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths
  • Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • CEIAG Level 3/4 qualification
  • Experience working in education/training
  • Experience working with 16-18-year-olds
