About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in recruiting students onto our training programmes, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities
  • Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources
  • Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops
  • Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students
  • Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork
  • Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive
  • Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets

  • Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
