We’re on the lookout for a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll connect with potential learners, guide them toward life-changing opportunities, and help them take the first step toward a brighter future.
- Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer.
- Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.
- Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Work toward achievable recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Experience in recruitment (bonus points if it’s within education or training).
Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn).
