What You’ll Do
- Support learners into work experience placements, apprenticeships, employment, or further education.
- Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities.
- Undertake placement risk assessments and ensure students are well-prepared for work experience.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and celebrating achievements.
- Use social media and marketing to share success stories and raise the profile of the programme.
- Contribute to the Centre Improvement Plan using student, employer, and progression data.
- Safeguard learners, promoting British Values and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Experience working with 16–18-year-olds and in education or training.
- Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive, engaging personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employers and learners.
- Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4, Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or recruitment.
