What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Dynamic Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
  • Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
  • Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
  • Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
  • A passion for helping people succeed
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
  • Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)

Salary & Hours

Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
