Hours: 21.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (£14,900 - £17,200 pro-rata)

Office based: Juniper Training, 34 Pocklingtons Walk, Leicester. LE1 6BU.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver Dynamic Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
  • Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
  • Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
  • Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
  • Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
  • A passion for helping people succeed
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with IT
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
