Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales, recruitment, or business development? Are you motivated by targets and driven to help young people take the first step into their careers? If so, we want to hear from you.

About Us:

At Juniper Training, we’re more than a training provider — we’re a team of changemakers on a mission to inspire and empower young people through high-quality education, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. Our work transforms lives, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to help us expand our reach across the East Midlands.

The Role:

As a Learner Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential apprentices — reaching out, engaging, and guiding them into life-changing opportunities. You’ll take ownership of sourcing and onboarding learners across the East Midlands and will be instrumental in helping us hit ambitious recruitment goals. This is a hybrid role, based from our Leicester Training Centre, with flexibility to work from home and travel across the region. You’ll also attend monthly meetings at our Head Office in Wolverhampton.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold call employers and potential leads to identify apprenticeship vacancies and match them with suitable learners.
  • Source and engage with young people through schools, events, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews and initial assessments to understand each learner’s goals and match them to the right pathway.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, learners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Use our CRM system to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and track your performance against monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development — especially in a target-driven environment.
  • Confidence with cold calling and telesales — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and open doors.
  • A natural communicator with strong people skills and a persuasive, professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).

This is more than recruitment — it’s making a difference. If you're ready to blend your sales mindset with your passion for helping others, apply now and become a vital part of Juniper’s learner journey.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years continuous service – max 30 days
  • Buy and sell annual leave
  • Earn an extra week annual leave through exercise.
  • Paid mileage 35p per mile (above and beyond normal work mileage)
  • EAP
  • Long service awards
  • Employee awards/special recognition
  • Juniper lottery
  • Dragons Den
  • PRIDE (monthly)
  • Early finish Friday! (2:30pm)
  • Christmas Savings Club
  • Eyecare (reimbursement of some costs)
  • Cycle to Work
  • Electric Car Scheme (after 5yrs LOS)
  • Critical Illness cover (after 5yrs LOS)
  • Corporate events throughout the year
