What Youβll Be Doing
- Deliver Dynamic Training β Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
- Assess & Feedback β Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
- Develop the Curriculum β Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
- Support & Mentor β Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
- Keep Records Up to Date β Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
- Work as a Team β Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Stay Ahead of the Game β Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
- A passion for helping people succeed
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
- Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
- Bonus points if youβve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
Salary & Hours
Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
